CBG Benefits & HRIS provides every client with online access to benefits and HR-related information - a service that allows administrators, employees, and their families to review detailed information regarding their own benefits plans. These sites can also bre used to post and download forms and leverage other Internet resources. After designing and implementing a benefits program, CBG configures a company profile that is accessible to your entire organization via a secure Web connection.
As you would expect, there are different levels of access to this service - My Benefits View and the BNA HR Toolkit - depending on whether you are the employer or the employee. My Benefits View is the employee-facing website while the BNA HR Toolkit is intended for your HR and managerial staff.
