As a result, we can now offer our customers access to ADP's end-to-end payroll and related services - from recruiting and labor management to HR and benefits administration systems. Expanding our partnerships to include ADP has furthered our approach to providing and utilizing the best possible benefit programs, while helping to reduce the cost of administration and increase the strategic focus of HR departments.

Consumer Directed Health Care (CDHC) is rapidly replacing Managed Care and Benemax is the oldest continuously operating CDHC company in the US. We have been designing, implementing and servicing plans with Consumer Directed features since 1985.
CBG has been working in tandem with Benemax for over 4 years to offer employers an integrated benefit management strategy that saves 10% to 25% in the first year and reduces the annual trend to single digit levels. Together, we accomplish this without cutting benefits, without compromising the quality of care, and often without changing health insurance carriers. In fact, our joint program usually improve benefits and expand access to care.

HealthCare Benefits, Inc. is the plan sponsor and administrator of an employee benefits trust that was established over 30 years ago specifically and exclusively for hospitals, healthcare systems, and other healthcare providers. This trust was established initially by The Hospital Association of Pennsylvania (HAP). The HealthCare Benefits Trust is an employee benefits Trust program developed for healthcare providers that delivers proprietary plan designs, service, and pricing for Disability (STD and LTD), Life, AD&D and Dental Insurance.
In the Spring of 2007, we joinde forces with HCB because many organizations spend a vast majority of the time focused on the big budget and ever-increasing healthcare costs but tend to overlook their ancillary benefit plans. We also found the opportunity attractive because The Trust is focused specifically on the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries and its plan designs reflect the specific needs of healthcare providers.
