Announce Strategic Alliance to Enhance Benefits and HR Solutions

Parisppany, NJ and Woburn, MA - September 17, 2007 - ADP Brokerage Services Group (ADP), a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP), announced today that it has signed a strategic alliance with CBG Benefits & HRIS (CBG) to provide employee benefits consulting and advisory services to ADP brokerage clients in the Northeast region of the U.S.

The alliance was forged as part of a joint strategy to provide sophisticated, integrated, best-in-class payroll, benefits, and administrative solutions to the small and medium business (SMB) segment, which has historically found such solutions to be cumbersome and cost-prohibitive.
